Mission, perspective and policy


Mission of Intercertifica-TÜV RoK LLP is to provide a formal, objective and independent assessment of compliance of companies and enterprises management system with requirements of internationally recognized models of such systems.


Our dream is to become a recognized leader in the Republic of Kazakhstan on service market of certification of management systems for compliance with internationally recognized models of such systems.

Quality Policy

Management's main objective is a maximum satisfaction of requirements and expectations of customers, sustainable economic status of the Company and as a result, welfare growth of its employees and engaged specialists. A key condition for achieving this goal is a competitive quality of services provided by the Company. In this regard, management declares the following: 
  • The main intention of the Company's management with regards to quality is to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with the services rendered by the Company, with absolute respect of principles of fairness and objectivity.
  • The principal directions of the Company's management activity in terms of quality are as follows:
  • Providing flexible mutually beneficial relationships with customers, observing fairness in the process of management systems certification;
  • Identification, analysis and management of conflicts of interest that may arise in process of implementation of management system certification;
  • Ensuring independence and objectivity in the process of management systems certification in accordance with ISO 19011:2002 and ISO/IEC 17021:2006 to enhance level of trust and significance of this activity in the market;
  • Implementation of Company’s activity on the basis of systematic approach, based on generally accepted principles of quality management and regulations of ISO 9000;
  • Provision of high professional level of auditors and experts engaged in services for assessment and certification of management systems;
  • Improvement of information, regulatory-methodological, technical and motivational support of Company experts and personnel activity;
  • Continuous research of customer demand for new services and expansion of services provided by the Company based on the results of this study.

The Company's management is committed to be guided by stated intentions and directions with regards to quality and ensure implementation of above-mentioned intentions and directions with regards to quality by:

  • Setting specific annual targets for quality, allocation of necessary resources and taking measures to achieve the goals;
  • Ensuring compliance with the quality management system requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
